Don't be a hypocrite.

Watch "A Christmas Story" every year at Christmas time.

Laugh until your stomach hurts.

Tuck your kids into bed each night, with a kiss.

Don't be a fake.

Be kind to yourself and others.

Take a walk on the beach.

Find a place where you can SCREAM to the top of your lungs.
